Master dough handling, shaping, and baking techniques that turn simple ingredients into showstopping loaves. Perfect for holiday hosting. Please note this is a 2 night class where students will prepare dough on night 1, return with risen dough and bake on night 2. Both classes will be 2 hours each. Bring an XL container for proofing and to take the dough home.
