Nature Explorers Science Camp (Grades 1-2)

Campers will get to explore a variety of nature science topics to include: plants, insects, animals, water, rocks, and the sun. Each day will include hands-on activities and fun experiments. Examples of activities are water density experiments, creating animal footprints, constructing a water filter and a solar oven, rock classification and more. Students will learn about conservation and the 3 R's and gain an appreciation and respect for nature and its delicate balance. This camp is for students entering grades 1-2.
