Come and explore flavors from the Caribbean. Lessons in stovetop cooking of a popular rice and chicken dish with accompanying beans. We will also be making tostones, a plantain patty that is a staple to any Caribbean meal. Delicious alternatives for a gluten-free diet. This course is completely gluten-free. Please bring a chef's knife, three kitchen towels and containers to take any leftovers home.
