The ancient practice of Tai Chi Chuan is clinically proven to be one of the most effective exercises to improve health, fitness and relaxation.  Join us as we explore the fundamental, simple movements that open and close the joints, stimulate the Chi to reach congested or tight areas, and help move Chi throughout the body.  Wear soft, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes or socks.
