Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art of relaxation, healing and self-defense. Its gentle and fluent moves are ideal for everyone, regardless of age and athletic ability. You can expect to move your body slowly and gently while having a calm mind. Together we will gain a better awareness of our bodies. We will focus on the mind-body connection and perform movements effectively to reduce risk from injury. Wear comfortable clothing.
