The three skills associated with the short game are putting, chipping and pitching. The fastest way to lower a golfer’s score is to understand and properly apply the components of each of these skills. This six-week course is designed to explain, demonstrate and practice each of the components. Students will learn the appropriate grip, address, backswing, point of contact and finish for each of these critical scoring skills. Each week we will meet in a classroom for instruction, practice and video analysis. Each Saturday morning, we will meet at a local golf course/learning center for guided practice (fees not included). Basic golf clubs are available for students to borrow if need be. Teens 14 years and older are welcome.
