Have you been searching for a gentler, slower paced yoga practice? In this class, people of all fitness levels, sizes and ages can enjoy practicing yoga in an atmosphere of safety and comfort. Gentle Yoga will offer you the benefits of stress reduction, spinal health, muscle tension release, and increased range of movement. Chairs will be available to those who may prefer to practice while seated. Please bring a yoga mat and a small blanket or towel. Teens 14 years and older are welcome.
