Professional Communications

In this course students will have the opportunity to earn a Southwest Airlines Professional Communications Certification. The certification assesses industry-valued and recognized standards produced by Southwest Airlines, a leader in their class. The certification validates your knowledge and skills in interpersonal, oral and graphic communication. You will see evident growth in your ability to communicate effectively, think critically and work well with others after this course. With certification, you will be able to show employers you have what it takes to communicate well in any work environment requiring excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
