Class fees include live class, textbook, quizzes, final exam, and course certificate.
NOTE: Real Estate Practice and Legal Aspects of Real Estate are offered in rotating terms. The three classes combine to satisfy the state obligation and qualify you to apply to take the Department of Real Estate license exam. The 2nd week of this class is a self-study.
