Home Caregiver Skills Lab

Back injury is the number one injury among health professionals and Home Caregivers! This class will provide you with hands-on training for patient/client handling while using safe body mechanics. You will learn techniques for safely assisting with transfers, walking, and general mobility using medical equipment likely to be found in the home.

**NOTE**
There are no Pre-Requisite requirements in order to take this class.  Class is open to anyone working as a Home Caregiver, Home Care Aide, or family members who need training on providing assistance to their loved ones at home.
