Krav Maga: Women's Self-Defense College Edition

Going away to college can be a scary thought to students and parents alike. Sadly, 78% of sexual assaults are committed by people you know (classmates, roommates, etc.) This class will focus not only on the physical skills required to keep you safe, but also make you aware of the tricks that predators use to lure their victims. This class will be held at Invictus Krav Maga, 12234 Poway Rd, Suite 200, Poway.
