This class is a gentle yet effective yoga class designed to support the health of your spine and the muscles that surround and stabilize it. Whether you want to learn how to keep your back strong, flexible, and pain-free, or you are managing existing discomfort or injury this class is for you! Our practice will emphasize alignment, balance, and core support, helping you build the strength and mobility needed for a healthy back. Bring a yoga mat, a knee cushion or blanket and two yoga blocks if you have them. Students with a current injury, please consult with your medical provider before class begins and discuss any questions about your limitations with the instructor.
