ID : 15083

« back to classes page
Learn to knit a simple cat ear beanie. This is a quick project that results in a thick, warm and squishy beanie that has cat ear-like corners at the top - perfect for gifting to kids and adults alike. This class will require you to already know some basic knitting skills (mainly how to cast-on, do the knit stitch, and how to weave in your ends), as the new skills learned in this course will build on top of those foundational techniques.
New skills that will be taught in this class :  how to knit in the round, how to create a thick and warm double brim for your beanie and how to seamlessly finish the project using the Kitchener Stitch.

Difficulty Level: beyond beginning/confident beginner skills.
Pre-Requisite: foundational knitting skills (casting on, knit stitch, weaving in ends).
