Sushi, Japan’s most iconic dish, comes in various shapes and sizes. In this installment, we’ll show you how to make roll sushi, a type of sushi roll often made at home. Roll sushi are slim rolls consisting of vinegared rice and fillings, wrapped in nori seaweed and then cut into about 3cm-long pieces.
