A gentle, flowing meditation practice consisting of 19 movements and one pose, designed to circulate and balance the body's vital energy (Chi). In Part 2, we focus on the final 9 movements. Tai Chi Chih is easy to learn and practiced by people of all ages and abilities. The practice promotes relaxation, balance improvement, and enhances overall well-being.
