This class will provide you with hands-on training for patient/client handling while using safe body mechanics. You will learn techniques for safely assisting with transfers, walking, and general mobility using medical equipment likely to be found in the home.
NOTE: There are no prerequisite requirements to take this class. It is open to Home Caregivers, Home Care Aides, or family members who need training on providing assistance to their loved ones.
