Yoga can be one of the best ways to soothe an aching back and maintain back strength and flexibility. Yoga helps stretch back muscles that might be tight thus improving mobility. Through a series of poses and breathing techniques, you will learn to stretch and strengthen your muscles and improve balance and bone strength. The benefits of yoga go beyond muscles, it will help lower stress and alleviate anxiety and depression. Please bring a yoga mat.
