Now you can enjoy an easy-to-learn traditional short form of Tai Chi Chuan.  Regular practice of this graceful moving meditation develops essential skills for healthy living - relaxed breathing, postural alignment, good balance, improved circulation, and better coordination.  You will explore a dynamic sequence of movements that includes subtle shifts of weight and direction. These benefits together strengthen the neural network in such a way that body, mind and spirit create profound health and well-being.  Wear soft, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes or socks.  Please bring a bottle of water.
