Preserve Your Produce: Jams and Jellies

Using simple canning methods you will learn economical ways to make  strawberry and other fruit jams and jellies in this hands-on class. Wondering what to do with all those lemons on your tree? Using a classic English recipe we will make lemon curd. Each participant will take home jars of products to share with family and friends. Please bring an apron, a chef's knife and three kitchen towels.
