 Enjoy the bounty of fresh spring vegetables available at local produce stands and grocery stores. You will learn how to buy and prepare fresh vegetables and make several delicious and nutritious entrees your family will love. The menu includes: Vegetable Strudel, Penne Gratin with Sausage, Fennel and Mushroom, Chicken stir fry with Asparagus and Provencal Vegetable Soup.  Please bring an apron, a chef's knife, three kitchen towels and containers to bring any leftovers home.
