Flavors of Japan: Onigiri and Butter Mochi

Learn how to make salmon and tuna Onigiri (also known as Japanese Rice Balls). We'll also make Butter Mochi, a favorite local Hawaiian sweet which is a cross between cake and Japanese Mochi without the ice cream. You will receive an onigiri rice mold to take home. Please bring a chef's knife, three kitchen towels, and containers to bring your leftovers home.
